Unlike most parts houses, we started our business by successfully supporting Fadal customers with problem diagnosis & repair part installations. Then we added full preventative maintenance services (Annual PM's), Fadal ballbar analysis, laser calibration and finally the full package with machine reconditioning.
Why do you care?
We don't just throw parts at you and wish you luck like most others. We carefully walk you through the correct thought process over the phone to be sure the parts you order actually FIX your machine....wow, imagine that!

No restock fee on any part you buy to try (unless you are really mean, then you deal with "No Neck") |

Rack troubleshooting at our facility. Just ship all cards to us & we'll troubleshoot on one of our machines. We have many! |

Extended business hours from 6am to 5pm MST |

Saturday overnight shipments available in case you miss us on Friday. Just email on Saturday & we'll still ship out for a Monday delivery. Now, how cool is that! |

We have parts and service distributors all over the world, however here in America, we have partnered with dozens of ex-Fadal distributors with a full staff of incredibly qualified service technicians, as well as very qualified 3rd party service technicians who have experience with Fadal troubleshooting and work with us to be sure your Fadal diagnosis & parts are exactly what you need.
