Return Policy

We honor all manufacturers warranty on new parts.  Reconditioned parts carry a 90, 6 month or 1 year warranty due to defects in workmanship.  Defective parts will be replaced with a new or reconditioned unit (dependant upon which was originally purchased), and the old unit sent to the manufacturer for warranty evaluation.  If it is found that the part had failed to installation or other system components in your machine, we will honor the manufacturers decision as to how they want to handle the situation at that point.

We will refund no less than 80% of the purchase price for parts ordered in error by the customer, and not installed on the equipment within 30 days of the original purchase.

All refunds and warranty returns require the customer to contact FadalCNC.com for an RA (Return Authorization) before shipping refundable and warranty return items back to us for processing. 

To validate the warranty, the customer must allow us to ship out a replacement part while the warranty is pending.  If the customer in haste purchases a replacement part from another source after calling us with a problem on the item we shipped, this voids all warranty claims and responsibility for FadalCNC.com to refund any funds for the original purchase.  WE MUST HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PART.
