Warranty & Return Policy
We honor all manufacturers' warranties on new parts. Reconditioned parts typically carry a 90-day, 6-month, or 1-year warranty due to defects in workmanship. Defective parts will be replaced with a new or reconditioned unit (dependent upon which was originally purchased), and the old unit sent to the manufacturer for warranty evaluation. If it's found that the part failed due to installation or other system components in your machine, we will honor the manufacturer’s decision regarding warranty returns.
We will refund no less than 80% of the purchase price for parts ordered in error by the customer, and not installed on the equipment within 30 days of the original purchase.
All refunds and warranty returns require the customer to contact FadalCNC.com for an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before shipping refundable and warranty return items back to us for processing.
To validate the warranty, the customer must allow FadalCNC.com to ship out a replacement part while the warranty is pending. If the customer purchases a replacement part from another source in haste after calling us with a problem on the item we shipped, this voids all warranty claims and responsibility for FadalCNC.com to refund any funds for the original purchase. WE MUST HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PART.
**All returns paid with credit card and returned by no fault of FadalCNC.com are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee. This is charged to us at the time of the purchase.**
